Email can be submitted at any time. If your call is unanswered, send the details by email so there is a written record of your request.

2. Details that help us resolve your issue

Account/profile issue: your registered mobile number and a description of what happened.
Payment issue: plan name, amount, payment time and Razorpay payment/order reference.
Access issue: the page or feature affected, your plan and any displayed error message.
Refund: clearly state that you request cancellation/refund and include the original payment reference.

Never share your password, OTP, CVV, full card number or UPI PIN. Mask sensitive information in screenshots.

3. Refund support

Send voluntary online refund requests on the payment date itself, by 11:59 PM IST. New voluntary requests on the next calendar day are outside the window. Email your request in time even if you cannot reach us by phone.

Read the Refund & Cancellation Policy for eligibility, exceptions and bank processing times. The deadline concerns your request, not the date the money reaches your bank.

4. Membership support and lender queries

We help with Excoin account access, membership payments, service issues and policy questions. The actual lender handles loan approval, disbursal, repayment, loan interest and collection complaints. Contact that lender through its verified official channels for those matters.

Excoin does not guarantee that a membership purchase will result in a loan.

5. Privacy and unresolved complaints

For a privacy or account-deletion request, email help@excoin.online and identify your registered account without sending a password. See the Privacy Policy.

If an issue remains unresolved, reply to your original support email with the payment reference and a short summary of earlier contact. Applicable consumer and payment-dispute rights remain available.
